Living in Victory Heights
Victory Heights is a gated community of 961 villas and townhouses in Dubai Sports City. It launched in 2007 and was completed in 2014. Homes are grouped into 'villages' (Calida, Carmen, Esmeralda, Estella, Fortuna, Marbella, Morella, Novelia, Oliva and Sevilla), and many back directly onto the fairways of the Els Club.
Homes range from 3- and 4-bedroom townhouses to 6-bedroom detached villas of up to about 6,600 sq ft, in Spanish, Mediterranean and European styles. The Els Club, an 18-hole 'desert links' course designed by Ernie Els, opened in 2008.
Victory Heights Primary School (British, rated Outstanding) is inside the community. Arabian Ranches, Motor City and Tilal Al Ghaf are all a few minutes' drive away.
