Apricity Real Estate is a boutique real estate agency in Dubai. Founded by Aaron Thomson, we are based at Marina Plaza, Dubai Marina. We are registered with RERA (ORN 53606) and focus on a curated shortlist of villa communities and carefully chosen off-plan projects.

Apricity is a rare English word, first recorded in the 1620s, describing the warmth of the sun in winter.
